Instructions:

For the exotic salad, peel and core the cherimoya and cut into small pieces. Remove the skin of the pineapple and the center stalk and also cut into pieces. “Unwrap” the physalis and cut in half.

Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp. Mix everything together well and let stand for about half an hour.

Mix again with the juice and serve.
