Instructions:

Brown the coconut oil in a pot and roast the mustard seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds and coriander seeds on a low heat.

Once the spices begin to smell fragrant, you can add the garlic, ginger and onion. Sauté them until golden brown and add the tomatoes. Add the fennel as well. Sauté the whole thing for about 5 minutes on medium heat and add coconut milk and water.

Next, add salt and chili.

Wash the chard thoroughly and add in roughly chopped. Let the curry simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring repeatedly.

Finally, add the fish together with the garam masala and coriander. Cover the curry and let it simmer for 10 minutes. This is enough to cook the fish.

When serving, you can add the juice of a slice of lime. This gives an extra fresh taste.
