Try this delicious pasta dish:

1. remove the skin from the garlic, chop. Rinse dill, pluck. Cut feta into cubes. Knead everything together with tartar, season. Shape into a flat minced steak.

2. clean, rinse and dice peppers. Cook pasta in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes.

3. fry minced steak in a small coated frying pan in hot oil for about 3 minutes on each side.

4. Bring 100 ml water and clear soup to boil. Cook peppers in it for about 2 min with lid closed. Add milk, bring to boil and thicken. Season with salt, pepper and juice of one lemon. Serve with noodles on a plate and arrange the minced steak on top.

Extra tip For tartar (also called scraped meat or beefsteak mince), only lean beef is minced. 100 g may contain a maximum of 6 g fat. Only poultry mince is lower in fat.
