For the puff pastry, remove seeds from peppers, wash and cut into small cubes. Cut ham into small pieces. Strain mushrooms and corn. Wash and chop parsley. Mix all ingredients for the filling.
Roll out the puff pastry a little more. Cut out squares (10×10), put some filling on them and fold them. Place on a baking tray and brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with water.
Bake the pastries at 220 °C for about 7 minutes and at 180 °C for 20-25 minutes.
