Wash the fish fillet, cut into 4 pieces and rub with salt and pepper. Grease a shallow gratin dish with butter. Place the fish in it and pour white wine over it, cover and steam for about 8 minutes until soft.

In the meantime, chop the onion and garlic and fry them with the butter in a frying pan until golden.

Remove the crusts from the toast and crush it in a blender. Finely grate the cheese.

Add bread crumbs, cheese and dill or kitchen herbs to the frying pan, mix everything together well and place on the hot fish pieces.

Place the pan in the oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake the fish until the cheese is golden brown.

Then arrange and serve as desired.
