Instructions:

Sauté garlic, leaf parsley and a few onion wedges. Remove the skin from the tomatoes, quarter them, remove the seeds, sauté them in olive oil with some onion cubes and season with salt, pepper and kitchen herbs de Provence. Blanch the kenya beans in salted water, rinse and re-saute with the remaining diced onion in olive oil, a flake of butter and kitchen herbs de Provence.

Tourne the peeled potatoes with a spiral drill to form schiller curls, bake in deep fat until done and season with salt.

Arrange everything on a flat plate and garnish with basil leaves.
