Roast the sliced meat in oil for 8-10 min. Cut lettuce into cucumber, strips, tomatoes into slices, chives into rolls. Chop garlic. Mix garlic, yogurt, chives, juice of one lemon. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Cut a pocket in each half of bread, mix sliced meat and lettuce strips. Fill tomato and cucumber slices, cutlets and 2/3 of the sauce into pockets. Serve in remaining sauce, garnish with olives.
