Instructions:

For the oatmeal cookies, heat butter, add oatmeal, stir until lightly browned, then cool.

Beat egg with sugar and salt until foamy, add oat flakes and let swell for about half an hour. Using two teaspoons, place small heaps of dough, not too close together, on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

For the topping, heat butter, add sugar and honey, bring to a boil and fold in almond kernels. Spread the almond mixture evenly on the piles of dough and place in the preheated oven. Bake the cookies at 200 °C for 10 to 15 minutes.
