Instructions:

In a wide stir the sugar with the red wine. Add the mascarpoene, milk and egg and mix heartily. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for an hour.

Repeatedly mix the mixture, put it in the ice cream maker and freeze it for about 40 minutes.

Note: white wine can also be used instead of red wine.

Our tip: use sweet red wine for a sweet note and rather dry wine for flavorful, spicy dishes.
