Instructions:

Grind bread, fish, bacon cubes and parsley in a hand mixer. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg (freshly grated). Stir in the eggs. Form small dumplings and fry in hot butter until golden brown.

For the sauce, heat butter and stir in flour until golden. Reduce heat and gradually stir in clear soup until sauce has the right consistency. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg (freshly grated). Finally, mix 2 tsp of sour cream into the sauce and sprinkle with chives.

Our tip: Use a deliciously spicy bacon for a delicious touch!
