Prepare and make: 50 min, bake: approx.10 min.

Rinse black salsify well, prepare in water in about 25 min. until soft, put in warm water. Just before further use, drain, remove skin, perhaps cut in half lengthwise and cut into pieces about 2cm long.

Warm butter, sauté onion and leek, add salsify.

Mix the cornflour with the stock, add the cream and the juice of one lemon while stirring, bring to the boil, season. Reduce temperature, simmer for about 10 minutes.

Season fish, add, simmer at low temperature for about 5 minutes, do not make more.

Put pastetli and lid on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Bake: about ten minutes in the middle of the oven heated to 150 degrees.

Fill and bring to the table on the spot.
