Instructions:

For the fish cream goulash, fry chopped onion in oil until golden. Briefly fry fish cubes and bell pepper strips, stir in tomato paste and paprika powder and pour in sour cream.

Let everything boil away until smooth and cover and steam for 7-8 minutes until soft.

Serve the fish goulash with parsley or boiled potatoes and green salad.
