Instructions:

Rub the fish slices with the seasoning mixture.

Make tomatoes and mash them.

Heat oil, add curry, onions and green chillies and cook until soft. Add the tomatoes and cook until the paste thickens. Add the fish and vinegar and gently simmer for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle the garam masala powder on top and carefully remove from the frying pan.

Serve with white long grain rice.
