For the fish fillet in saffron sauce, first clean the fish, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, pepper, turn in flour. Fry the fish fillets in a pan with butter (approx. 10 min.). Remove and keep warm.

In the same pan, sauté the pressed garlic, deglaze with wine and whipping cream, reduce slightly, dust with flour, salt, pepper, stir in saffron.

Simmer gently until a creamy sauce is formed. Toast breadcrumbs in butter until light brown and spread on fish. Arrange fish in saffron sauce.
