Fish Fillet with Spicy Onion Crust

Instructions:

1. finely crush juniper, pepper and mustard seeds in a mortar.

Add oil, juice of one lemon and 1 pinch of salt. Peel the onion, chop finely and stir through with the spice paste.

Rinse and dry the fish and cut into 8 pieces. Place in a greased wide ovenproof dish, cut diagonally a few times. Spread spice paste evenly on top. Cook in a heated oven (electric oven: 200 °C /circulating air: 175 °C /gas: level 3) for about 20 min.

Clean and rinse the spinach. Peel garlic clove, chop. Rinse tomatoes and cut into wedges. Steam everything in hot fat in about 5 min until soft. (Tk spinach with closed lid with 100 ml water in about 15 min until soft). Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Arrange everything, perhaps garnish with lemon and parsley. Serve with long grain rice.
