Instructions:

Rinse the fish and cut into pieces, fry in hot oil.

Preheat the oven to about 200 °C.

In a casserole dish, sauté the onions in the oil, add the tomatoes and cook until soft, add the hazelnuts and roast for a few minutes. Cover with water and add parsley, season with salt, pepper and new spices. Carefully add the fish pieces and cook in the oven for 20 minutes.

Serve hot with long grain rice or pita bread.
