Instructions:

season plaice fillet with salt, season with pepper and drizzle with juice of one lemon.

grate the peeled carrots, sauté in oil, season with salt, season with pepper and bind with egg and white wine. Roll this carrot mixture into the fillet.

Wrap the fillet in the rice sheet and brown it in olive oil. Cut the fennel into wide slices and fry in oil with pepper and salt. Boil the whipping cream with white wine and curry and add salt, pepper, chopped chervil stalk and a little bit of sugar to make a sauce on the stove.

Put the fennel slices on a flat plate, place the sliced fish on top and garnish with the sauce.
