Divide the fish into small pieces. Mix the onion and the kitchen herbs into the mayo and season with salt, juice of a lemon, mustard and pepper as desired. Finish with whipped cream. Add the chopped fish and mix well. Serve with toast.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these are also characterized by a fresh taste!
