Instructions:

For the fish soup, finely chop the onion and garlic and lightly fry in oil to cover. Add the wine and fish stock and bring to a boil. Add salt, pepper and the tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes. Dice the fish and let it simmer with the shrimp for another 10 minutes over medium heat. Finely chop the parsley and add to the fish soup last.
