Instructions:

First boil the potatoes in salted water until soft, peel and cut into small pieces.

Heat the milk, add to the potato cubes, as well as some salt and nutmeg and the butter.

Mash with a potato masher.

Fry the fish sticks in hot oil, turning them, until they are cooked through.

Then drain on paper towels and serve the fish sticks with the potato mash.
