Instructions:

Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Roll out the dough to a rectangle 3 cm thick and chill for a few hours.

Cut 2 cm wide, 8 cm long pieces of the dough into small pieces and place on a lightly buttered baking sheet. Brush with egg yolk and bake in a heated oven at 180 degrees for twenty minutes until light yellow.
