Instructions:

For the florentines, prepare a dough from all the ingredients and chill the dough.

Then roll out the dough thinly on a baking sheet. Caramelize butter, sugar and vanilla sugar while stirring, do not let it get too dark.

Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then stir in honey and whipped cream. Add candied orange peel and almond kernels and spread the mixture on the dough.

Bake in the preheated oven at 200 °C for about 15 minutes. Then cut into squares and glaze the corners with cooking chocolate.

Let the florentines dry.
