Instructions:

For the focaccia with mushrooms, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Cut the pizza dough into three strips and place on a baking sheet.

Press or finely slice the garlic and mix with olive oil.

Cut the mushrooms to taste, mix with the garlic oil. Top the pizza dough with leeks, mushrooms and onion.

Divide a sprig of rosemary in three and place on top.

Bake the focaccia with mushrooms in the lower third for about 30 minutes.
