For the forest berry jelly, remove the stem end, blossoms and seeds from the rose hips. Stew rose hips in a little water for 10 minutes until mushy.

Clean remaining berries thoroughly. Put rosehip puree and berries in juicer, bring juice obtained to boil with sea buckthorn juice, orange juice and preserving sugar until firm.

Fill hot sterile jars with the wild berry jelly, close well and finally turn upside down.
