Instructions:

For the clear soup :

All ingredients together and season well with soup seasoning.

For the sponge cake:

Mix egg yolks, butter and flour, season with salt and fold in stiffly beaten snow. Line a greased baking dish with parchment and pour in batter about 1 cm thick. Bake over medium heat until golden and cut into lozenges.

For the pancakes :

Make a thin batter with the ingredients and finish baking narrow pancakes in a frying pan. Cut into narrow strips.

For the baked bread dumplings:

Mix all ingredients to a dough and season with salt and a pinch of nutmeg. Form small dumplings with the tsp and finish baking in boiling fat.

For the liver dumplings:

Cream butter and stir through with the other ingredients. Finely chop the parsley and onion and season everything together. Form small dumplings, put them into boiling salted water and let them stand for 10 minutes.

Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish tastes twice as good!
