Try this delicious cake recipe:

Knead the raw marzipan mixture with the sifted powdered sugar and season with the rose water and lemon zest.

Roll out the marzipan about 1 cm thick on a work surface dusted with flour. Dust the wooden models (or metal stars …..) with flour as well. The models then press on the marzipan, then peel off again and then cut out the brenten in give the impression. Dry for one night and then bake in a heated oven at 150 degrees, on the middle shelf until light brown. This takes about 15 minutes.
