For the runner beans in cashew sauce, clean the runner beans, cut off the ends and boil in plenty of water for 5 minutes. Place in ice water or rinse with ice cold water. Dry well.
In a frying pan in hot olive oil, sauté the runner beans, reduce heat a little, let them continue to sauté. In the meantime, mix well some water (100-150 ml), cashew puree and ajvar with a blender, so that everything becomes a homogeneous liquid.
Pour into the green beans, bring to the boil once so that the puree reduces, season with salt and pepper.
