For the French toast rolls, cut off the edges of the toast and roll out the toast with a rolling pin. Wash and dice the strawberries.

Top each of the toasts with a tablespoon of Nutella and a tablespoon of strawberries at the bottom of the toast, then carefully roll them up. In a deep dish, whisk the egg with a dash of milk and turn the rolls in it.

Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the rolls on all sides. Turn them in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.

Serve the leftover strawberry cubes with the French toast rolls.
