Instructions:

Grind the tomato pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Add a little chopped mint.

Mix eggs with flour, salt and pepper. Turn cheese slices in it to the other side and fry in hot oil on both sides for 1 minute until brown.

Serve with the sauce and garnish with mint.

Serve with: cucumber salad and farmhouse bread.
