Instructions:

For the fried noodles, cook the noodles in plenty of water until al dente. In a wok, sauté the vegetables in a little oil until cooked through.

Season with the soy sauce, honey and all the spices. Lightly salt the strained noodles and fold them into the fried vegetables one by one.
