Bring plenty of salted water to the boil. Cook the pasta for about 6 minutes, but do not let it bubble up any more. Pour into a colander, cool and drain. 2.

Rinse and clean the broccoli and divide into roses. Boil plenty of salted water and blanch the broccoli in it for about 3 minutes, drain, rinse and drain well.

Cut the turkey steaks in half lengthwise and slice diagonally to the grain. Halve the peppers, remove the cores, rinse, dry and cut diagonally into thin strips. Remove the skins from the onions and garlic. Halve the onions lengthwise and cut into thin slices. Chop the garlic very finely.

4. Heat 2 tablespoons of peanut oil in a wok. Stir-fry the meat in it vigorously until it takes color all around. Heat the noodles in the remaining peanut oil and the sesame oil, turning frequently. Add the meat, broccoli and steamed vegetables.

Heat the dish briefly, season with soy sauce and chili sauce and bring to the table in the wok.
