A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Sift flour, stir with milk, wine or beer and rest. Then beat egg whites with salt, oil and sugar until stiff and fold into the flour mixture form.

Dip the fruit into the dough and fry in 180 °C hot clarified butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

You can also offer vanilla sauce or fruit sauce with it.
