Wash pears and figs and cut into small pieces. Wash and halve the grapes. Mix pears, figs and grapes with the juice of the lemon (or lime). Cut the yogurt cheese and the pineapple into small pieces as well and mix with yogurt, the slightly crushed green peppercorns, the almonds as well as the other fruits.
