Instructions:

Defrost the legs of hare, rinse and rub dry. Heat oil and fry legs in it. Pour a little water and steam covered for about 45 minutes. Remove meat from the bone, cut into small pieces and cool.

Remove the skin from the pear and cut into wedges. Rinse mushrooms, remove peel from kiwis and drain tangerines, cut mushrooms into slices and kiwis into pieces. Remove peel from oranges like an apple and separate out the fillets.

Stir mayonnaise with sour whipped cream and brandy, season with pepper, mustard, salt, curry and sugar.

Serve salad ingredients on plates or in a halved, hollowed-out pineapple. Pour mayonnaise on top and serve garnished with cranberries.

Serve with toast
