For the Passoa punch, wash, clean and prepare the fruit. Divide into bite-sized pieces. Put them in a large bowl.

Drizzle Passoa liqueur over them and mix well. Leave to marinate for a while. Pour in orange juice. Just before serving, top with sparkling wine and mineral water and add ice cubes.

Stir briefly. Garnish with fresh mint!
