For the plum spot, prepare a yeast dough (with Dampfl) and let it rise. Spread on a baking tray covered with baking paper and spread the plums densely on top.
Sprinkle with cane sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon. Let rise briefly. In the meantime, prepare the crumble: Mix dry ingredients (flour, almonds, cinnamon, lemon zest, sugar) and crumble coarsely with butter.
Cover the cake with the crumble. Bake at 180 °C hot air for about 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and enjoy sprinkled with powdered sugar.
