Instructions:

Clean endive and chicory, rinse, drain well. Cut endive into bite-sized pieces, chicory into slices.

Carefully rinse figs, dry, cut into wedges. Remove skin from kiwis, cut into slices. Cut pineapple into quarters lengthwise, remove stem, remove peel, cut into small pieces. Cut turkey breast slices into quarters. Arrange everything on a platter.

Stir mayo and yogurt, season strongly with salt, curry and freshly ground pepper, pour over the leaf salad.

Serve with a Pinot Gris.

Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
