For Gallo Pinto, prepare the rice according to the basic recipe, possibly the day before.

Saute onion, bell bell pepper and garlic in olive oil until soft, add Worcestershire sauce, drained beans, cooked long grain rice, coffee, salt and pepper.

Let everything sit together for a bit and before serving, add the chopped cilantro greens and serve Gallo Pinto.
