Instructions:

For the garlic paste, peel the garlic cloves and place in a high blender jug. Add oil and salt and blend to a paste with a blender.

Pour the paste into small jars and cover with a thin layer of oil. Store in a cool and dark place.

Keeps sealed for at least 3 months.
