Instructions:

Mix the curd cheese with the yogurt in a baking bowl until smooth. Finely grate the onion. Clean, rinse and chop the spring onions. Rinse and finely dice the pickled cucumber. Chop the chives and parsley and mix with the rest of the ingredients and the curd. Season with pepper, salt, a little sugar, the juice of one lemon and Worcester sauce.

Tip: As an alternative to the fresh chives, you can also use the freeze-dried.
