Garlic Soup with Bread Cubes

Instructions:

Sauté onion quarters and six cloves of garlic in hot fat until soft. Add milk and cook at low temperature for five minutes. In the meantime, fry bread cubes in hot oil with remaining garlic in slices until brown. Add minced parsley and fry briefly as well. Set aside. Stir light sauce into soup and let it bubble up. Add avocado flesh in pieces. Do not make more. Blend the soup with the cutting rod of a hand blender or in a hand mixer. Season well with salt, pepper and juice of one lemon. Bring to the table sprinkled with cubes of buns.
