Instructions:

For the ginger-mango juice, wash ginger, grate finely and steep in cold water for at least 30 minutes.

Strain water and collect in a bowl, then pour as much water through the strainer into the bowl again.

Cover the bowl and let the liquid steep for another 60 minutes. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the ginger water with the sugar and mango juice.

Best served with ice cubes.
