Instructions:

Stir curd, milk, mascarpone, rum and vanilla sugar until smooth.

Boil red wine and the spices, continue to boil until the liquid is reduced by half. Cool. Crumble the gingerbread or cut into small pieces, drizzle with the cooled liquid. Alternate filling the mascarpone cream with the gingerbread in dessert bowls or, even better, in glasses. The last layer should be cream. Leave in the refrigerator for a few hours. Sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving.
