For the gingerbread tiramisu, mix curd cheese with mascarpone, powdered sugar, gingerbread spice and vanilla sugar until creamy.

Stir in the melted chocolate and fold in whipped cream. Soak the biscuits with apple juice and place in a baking dish.

Pour the cream on top and continue in this way until the cream is out. Finish with cream. Sprinkle the gingerbread tiramisu with cinnamon or gingerbread spice.
