For the gingerbread tiramisu, stir the QimiQ until smooth, mix with mascarpone.

Stir the honey, honey gingerbread spice mixture, vanilla sugar and nougat into the mixture, fold in the whipped cream.

Line loaf pan with cling film, spread a layer of cream, moisten biscuits with cold mulled wine and place in the pan in layers with the cream.

Finish with cream. Refrigerate overnight. Then turn out and cut into portions. Decorate the gingerbread tiramisu as desired.
