Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Mix flour and baking powder on a baking board. Press a well in the center and pour in spices, juice of one lemon, sugar, eggs, milk and fruit. Starting from the center, quickly knead all ingredients together to form a firm dough.

If it sticks, add a little more flour.

Roll out the dough to a good 1 cm thickness and cut out the pepper nuts with a round mold. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a heated oven for 15 minutes. Prepare the glaze and spread it over the cooled peppernuts.

Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
