Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Cut the onions very small and cook on low heat with half of the oil until light yellow.

In a frying pot, brown the meat with the herbs and the remaining oil. Then add the already cooked onions and pour the wine over them. Season with salt and pepper. Roast in hot oven for about ninety minutes.

When the meat is cooked, strain the boiled sauce and add the tomato extract.

Cut the meat into thin slices and cover with the onion cream. Part of the cream can also be used for the pasta.
