For the gnocchi with chanterelles, cook the gnocchi in salted water according to instructions. As soon as the gnocchi float on top, let them stand for a short time.

Meanwhile, melt butter in a pan and sweat the cleaned chanterelles in it. Season with salt and pepper.

Lift the gnocchi out of the cooking water, drain and add to the mushrooms. Pour in beef broth and add whipped cream. Sprinkle with chopped chives and toss briefly. Season again with salt and pepper.

Arrange gnocchi in a warmed deep plate and grate Parmesan over it.
