Instructions:

For bacon-wrapped goat cheese on lettuce, cut the goat cheese into 4 equal slices. Wrap each goat cheese with 2 slices of bacon.

Clean lettuce and divide into bite-sized pieces. Dress with herb salt, seed oil and vinegar and arrange on plates.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the goat cheese parcels in the hot oil on both sides. Only fry briefly and very hot, otherwise the cheese will run out.

Divide the goat cheese among the salad plates. Decorate with a little balsamic cream and serve the bacon-wrapped goat cheese on lettuce immediately.
