Instructions:

Grate cheese. Rinse kitchen herbs, shake dry, chop finely. Mix everything with half of the double cream and season with pepper. Lay out pastry sheets on a kitchen towel. Cover with salmon, spread cheese mixture on top. Roll up. Bake in hot oil for approx.

10 min. in hot oil. Drain on paper towel. Rinse limes with hot water. Remove zest from half of the fruit, squeeze out juice. Whip cream until stiff, stir through remaining double cream, lime juice and zest. Season with salt, sugar and pepper. Cut remaining limes and strudel into slices. Serve with sauce.

As a side dish: Broccoli
